B.C. Reg. 79/2024, deposited April 8, 2024, under the ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNALS STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2015 [section 204] and MISCELLANEOUS STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3), 2023 [section 120]. Order in Council 178/2024, approved and ordered April 8, 2024.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) sections 123 (a), 125, 127, 128 (b) and (d), 129, 130, 132, 133, 136 (c), 169 (a), 171, 173, 174 (b) and (d), 175, 176, 178, 179 and 182 (c) of the Administrative Tribunals Statutes Amendment Act, 2015, S.B.C. 2015, c. 10, are brought into force, and

(b) the following provisions of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act (No. 3), 2023, S.B.C. 2023, c. 47, are brought into force:

(i) sections 26 to 29, 32, 33, 37, 39, 40, 43, 45 to 47, 49, 51, 64 to 67, 74, 75, 79, 81, 82, 85, 87 to 89, 91 and 93;

(ii) section 61, as it enacts section 89 (2) (i.1) and (p.4) of the Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Act, S.B.C. 2002, c. 77;

(iii) section 103, as it enacts section 97 (2) (i.1) and (o.4) of the Residential Tenancy Act, S.B.C. 2002, c. 78.
