On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Greenhouse Gas Reduction (Clean Energy) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 102/2012, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 Section 5.2 (1) of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction (Clean Energy) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 102/2012, is amended

(a) in the definition of "adjusted average price" by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following:

(b) the average price of a credit transferred in the calendar year that ends on a date in the fiscal year; ,

(b) by repealing the definition of "credit" and substituting the following:

"credit" means a credit under the Greenhouse Gas Reduction (Renewable and Low Carbon Fuel Requirements) Act or the Low Carbon Fuels Act; , and

(c) in the definition of "specified credit" by striking out "generated in relation to" and substituting "for".
