On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that Rule 1.1 (6) (e) of the Provincial Court (Child, Family and Community Service Act) Rules, B.C. Reg. 533/95, is repealed and the following substituted:

(e) an order under section 69 of the Act, shortening or extending the time for serving notice or dispensing with notice.
