I, Katrine Conroy, Minister of Finance, order that the Information Collection Regulation, B.C. Reg. 166/2018, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 Section 1 of the Information Collection Regulation, B.C. Reg. 166/2018, is amended by repealing paragraph (d) of the definition of "Indigenous nation" and substituting the following:

(d) the shíshálh Nation or the shíshálh Nation Government District established under the shíshálh Nation Self-Government Act (Canada), or .
