B.C. Reg. 167/2024, deposited July 2, 2024, under the HEALTH PROFESSIONS ACT [section 12]. Order in Council 383/2024, approved and ordered July 2, 2024.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 2 (3) of the Health Professions Designation and Amalgamation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 270/2008, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(i) psychotherapy.
