B.C. Reg. 181/2024, deposited July 5, 2024, under the MOTOR FUEL TAX ACT [section 71]. Order in Council 400/2024, approved and ordered July 5, 2024.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 5 (a) of the Interest Rate under Various Statutes Regulation, B.C. Reg. 386/92, is amended by striking out "the rate determined in accordance with Article XII, R1230 of the International Fuel Tax Agreement" and substituting "the rate determined in accordance with the International Fuel Tax Agreement, Article XII, R1230 (Interest), as that provision is amended from time to time".
