B.C. Reg. 182/2024, deposited July 5, 2024, under the PROPERTY TRANSFER TAX ACT [section 37]. Order in Council 399/2024, approved and ordered July 5, 2024.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective October 1, 2024, the Property Transfer Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 74/88, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 Section 5 (3) of the Property Transfer Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 74/88, is amended by striking out ", in accordance with the Financial Administration Act,".

2 Section 6 is repealed.
