On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 4.1 of the Representative for Children and Youth Regulation, B.C. Reg. 103/2007, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(b.1) housing provided under an agreement made under section 12.4 of the Child, Family and Community Service Act; .
