On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule
1 Column 2 of Schedule 1 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended by striking out "Emergency Program Act" wherever it appears and substituting "Emergency and Disaster Management Act".
2 Schedule 2 is amended
(a) by repealing the heading "Emergency Program Act" and everything under that heading, and
(b) by adding the following as indicated:
