On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Direction to the British Columbia Utilities Commission Respecting Industrial Electrification, B.C. Reg. 295/2020, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 Section 3 of the Direction to the British Columbia Utilities Commission Respecting Industrial Electrification, B.C. Reg. 295/2020, is amended

(a) by repealing subsection (1),

(b) by adding the following subsection:

(1.1) Within 10 days after the date this subsection comes into force, the commission must issue an order, effective on the date the order is issued, setting as rates the rate schedules that are attached to this direction as Appendix 1 and Appendix 2. , and

(c) in subsection (2) by striking out "subsection (1)" and substituting "subsection (1.1)".

2 Appendices 1 and 2 are repealed and the attached Appendices 1 and 2 are substituted.
