CHARGE EXEMPTION REGULATION

Definition

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Vancouver Charter.

Prescribed meaning of "First Nations corporation"

2 For the purposes of section 523E of the Act, "First Nations corporation" means a company that satisfies both of the following requirements:

(a) the company is incorporated under federal or provincial law;

(b) all of the shares in the company are directly or indirectly held by one or more First Nations.
