On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Eligible Port Property Designation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 309/2010, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix, to apply for the 2025 and subsequent taxation years.

Appendix
1 Section 2 (a) of the Eligible Port Property Designation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 309/2010, is amended by striking out "for the 2024 taxation year, as at December 31, 2023," and substituting "for the 2025 taxation year, as at December 31, 2024,".
2 The Schedule is repealed and the attached Schedule substituted.
