On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 1, 2025, the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

1 Schedule 2 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended

(a) in column 4 of item 1 by striking out "March 1, 2025" and substituting "March 1, 2030",

(b) in column 4 of item 3 by striking out "January 1, 2025" and substituting "January 1, 2030",

(c) in column 4 of item 7 by striking out "February 1, 2025" and substituting "February 1, 2030", and

(d) in column 4 of item 18 by striking out "January 1, 2025" and substituting "January 1, 2030".
