I, Nathan Cullen, Minister of Water, Land and Resource Stewardship, order that the Public Access Prohibition Regulation, B.C. Reg. 187/2003, is amended in section 2 (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) by striking out "he or she" and substituting "the person".
